Receiving Assistance from the Joseph S. Groh Foundation Assistance provided is designed to pay for the provision of material (i.e. Durable medical equipment, etc.) or for services rendered. (i.e. construction of ramps to the home, widening of doorways, reconstruction of bathrooms for wheelchair access, etc.) It is the policy of the foundation not to provide cash as a means of assistance, unless it serves as reimbursement for materials or services provided. In these cases, documentation of materials or services is required. Provision of assistance will be by vote of the Board of Directors, and will be made on the basis of need and ability of the foundation to provide. You may click on "Submission Forms" in this section of the website to access an online application, which may be submitted directly back to the foundation. The foundation will respond to every request received, regardless of our ability to fund that request. |
